Key account manager, Latvia


Delivering more than 10 million parcels per year, LP EXPRESS is the fastest-growing parcel network in Lithuania. Currently, operating under the name Unisend, it is expanding into Latvia and assembling a team of professionals in the parcel sector.

 

Our slogan - EASY - illustrates the reason Unisend parcel terminals exist. Sending and receiving should be easy for everyone.
Currently, we are seeking a proactive and highly communicative Key Account Manager to join our team:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients, manage the sales process, and oversee sales projects;
  • Craft compelling commercial proposals and engage in negotiations;
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our existing B2B clients;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategy plans;
  • Work closely with various company departments to facilitate service/product sales.

 

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess at least 2 years of successful experience in selling to large corporate clients, demonstrating strong negotiation skills (experience in a similar role is a significant advantage);
  • Hold a higher education degree (preferred);
  • Are native speakers of Latvian with a proficient command of English or Russian (both spoken and written);
  • Exhibit the ability to effortlessly establish and nurture long-term client relationships;
  • Embrace values of professionalism, initiative, personal growth, and teamwork;
  • Have experience or knowledge in logistics, e-commerce, and/or IT fields (considered an advantage).
