Delivering more than 10 million parcels per year, LP EXPRESS is the fastest-growing parcel network in Lithuania. Currently, operating under the name Unisend, it is expanding into Estonia and assembling a team of professionals in the parcel sector.

Currently, we are seeking a responsible and communicative Head of sorting and delivery to join our team:

Responsibilities:

• Your task will be to coordinate and organize operations across the country;
• You will be responsible for coordinating the parcels collection, transportation, sorting, and delivery services. This will require astute logistics planning, communication with partners, and operational cost management;
• Your role is to ensure that operations in country run efficiently and economically. This involves smart resource management, the use of digital technology to enhance efficiency, and the continuous reduction of operational costs;
• Your ability to communicate with various organizational departments and subcontractors to ensure everyone works together towards common goals is crucial.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a higher education that equips them to effectively manage these significant operations;
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the logistics industry;
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with MS Office programs;
• Are native speakers of Estonian with a good skills of English;
• Have driver's license (B category);
• Have the ability to make strategic decisions and manage operations in the field;
• Are reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently;
• Have an excellent teamwork skills and dedication to achieving specific goals.
